Dr. Smith has a full staff of orthodontic assistants, who are super friendly and well knowledged in their field. I mostly had the pleasure of working with the amazing Penny B. and Morgan who made every adjustment comfortable and fun. When you first walk in the door you’re greeted by the office manager Penny with her beautiful smile and personality. During my initial consultation with Trish and Dr. Smith I received a detailed explanation regarding my orthodontic treatment plan, how each visit would go and the cost of care. Dr. Sam and his staff are greatly talented in their field of orthodontics. Our family has been to other orthodontic offices over the years and I can honestly tell you from personal experience this office is the best!!
