Treatment Definitions:
**Comprehensive or Invisalign treatments are defined as a minimum of 12 mos. of treatment with permanent dentition present.
** Interceptive treatment or phase I is defined as early treatment for primary dentition which may include: expansion, upper front four braces, headgear treatments, etc. Not covered under discount are space maintainers or retainer treatment only. Must be a new patient. Discount special ends November 30, 2010
